What's better than crunchy sweet spiced granola in the Fall. Rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, sliced almonds, coconut flakes are tossed in maple syrup, coconut oil and organic pumpkin puree. Add a blend of warm spices like Kafe Hawaij, or pumpkin spice seasoning to give that signature Fall flavor.

ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cups pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice seasoning
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Step 2
In a medium bowl mix all the wet ingredients together. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and gently mix with a spatula until combined.
Step 3
Pour the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, mixing through. The granola is ready when golden-brown and almonds are toasted.
Step 4
Enjoy over oatmeal, pancakes or yogurt.
