Ground Chia Seed Cookies

Snack
Ground chia seeds 1 Tbsp + water 3 Tbsp = chia egg
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup raw cane or coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence or paste
1 cup oatflour
1/2 cup ground almonds
1/2 cup ground walnuts or pecan nuts
2 pinches of salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
6 Tbsp plant based milk
---------------------------------- 1. Beat the peanut butter, coconut oil, sugar and vanilla until soft and fluffy, then add all the other ingredients and combine well using either your hands or a wooden spoon.
2. Line a baking tray with a sheet and make balls out of the batter using your hands and flatten out into 1cm thick cookie shaped pieces.
3. Bake in a preheated oven for 12-13 minutes at 180°C
