Heat 2 Tbsp sesame oil in a wok and fry 2 crushed garlic cloves and some ginger in it. Add 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp corn starch, 5 Tbsp water from soaked mushrooms to the wok together with the bok choy and mushrooms. Cover the wok with a lid and steam 3-4 minutes ? serve with ???"

Vegetarian, Easy
3 Bok Choy, quartered lengthwise
10 dried shitake mushrooms (or fresh mushrooms of choice)
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp ginger, minced
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp cornstarch

If using dried mushrooms, soak in hot water for 15 mins, or until soft. Heat sesame oil in a wok and fry garlic cloves and ginger in it.

Add soy sauce, corn starch, and 5 Tbsp water (from soaked mushrooms, if using, or just tap water if using fresh) to the wok together with the bok choy and mushrooms. Cover the wok with a lid and steam 3-4 minutes.
