Mint and Pineapple Green Smoothie

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup kale or baby spinach
  • 1/3 cup fresh mint
  • 1/4 small organic lemon
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon spirulina powder, or more to taste
  • 1/3 cup water, or plant-based yogurt if you like it thicker
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut butter, or 1/2 an avocado
  • Berries, for garnish
  • Shredded coconut, for garnish


  • Step 1

    Blend all except coconut butter until smooth. Add melted coconut butter and keep blending until smooth. Top with berries of choice and shredded coconut.
