ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
- 1 cup kale or baby spinach
- 1/3 cup fresh mint
- 1/4 small organic lemon
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon spirulina powder, or more to taste
- 1/3 cup water, or plant-based yogurt if you like it thicker
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut butter, or 1/2 an avocado
- Berries, for garnish
- Shredded coconut, for garnish
Method
Step 1
Blend all except coconut butter until smooth. Add melted coconut butter and keep blending until smooth. Top with berries of choice and shredded coconut.
