ingredients

  • 2 chopped bananas, frozen
  • 2/3 cup dairy free milk
  • 1 tbsp hulled tahini
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 5 pitted and soaked dates

Method

  • Step 1

    Soak your dates in boiling hot water until soft. Drain off the water. Make sure you use pitted dates.

  • Step 2

    Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

  • Step 3

    Pour into a glass served with chocolate sauce, hemp seeds and cacao nibs.
