Creamy Cranberry Ginger Muesli with Berries

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt, (i used greek yoghurt)
  • 1/2 cup milk, (whichever milk or plantbased drink)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • a handful of Dried cranberries, chopped
  • a handful of almonds


  • Step 1

    Place the oats, yoghurt, ginger, cranberries, almonds and honey in a bowl. Mix everything togheter with a spoon

  • Step 2

    Add the milk and mix it once again

  • Step 3

    Let it sit and soak in the fridge for 15 minutes. Stir it once again and top it with you favorite toppings. I topped mine with strawberries, blackberries and granola!
