ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup yoghurt, (i used greek yoghurt)
- 1/2 cup milk, (whichever milk or plantbased drink)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- a handful of Dried cranberries, chopped
- a handful of almonds
Method
Step 1
Place the oats, yoghurt, ginger, cranberries, almonds and honey in a bowl. Mix everything togheter with a spoon
Step 2
Add the milk and mix it once again
Step 3
Let it sit and soak in the fridge for 15 minutes. Stir it once again and top it with you favorite toppings. I topped mine with strawberries, blackberries and granola!
