ingredients

  • 90 grams your favorite chocolate
  • 2/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

Method

  • Step 1

    Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat, stirring gently, then once melted add in the other ingredients and stir well. Spoon into moulds and freeze for a few hours +, then pop half into a glass, top up with milk and stir
