- 1 cup vegan butter
- 1/ 2 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoons vanilla bean powder
- 2 teaspoon orange peel powder
- 2 teaspoons rosemary
- 1 pinch salt
Beat sugar and butter with a hand mixer until fluffy
Stir in vanilla bean powder, a pinch of salt, rosemary and orange peel powder.
Stir in flour slowly and mix well.
Chill dough for 20 minutes so it’s easier to roll out. Meanwhile, set oven to 350.
Flour a surface, and roll out dough, and use a cookie cutter of your choice.
Bake on greased pan for 12-15 minutes. Top with chamomile, calendula petals, and flowering rosemary if you have it!
