Orange Rosemary Olive Oil Cake

- 3/ 4 cup olive oil
- 1/ 2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 orange, juiced, 1 teaspoon zest
- 1 1/ 2 tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary
- 1 1/ 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a 9-inch baking pan with olive oil.
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately. Then fold together until the batter is smooth.
Pour batter into cake pan and bake 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and pulled out cleanly! Dust with rosemary sugar and garnish with rosemary sprigs and cranberries.
