Lilac Gin and Tonic

  • 1 ounce Empress gin
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 ounce (120 grams) lilac syrup
  • 1 ounce tonic water


  • Step 1

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the empress 1908, squeeze of lemon, and lilac syrup. Shake like crazy for 10 seconds.

  • Step 2

    Pour over ice, and top off with fever tree tonic water.

  • Step 3

    Garnish with fresh lilacs
