- 1 (12 ounce) bag shredded coconut
- 1 (12 ounce) can sweetened condensed coconut milk
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a cookie sheet.
Combine shredded coconut with can of coconut cream. Mix well. Form balls and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden around the edges. Let cool for ten minutes. Also great refrigerated!!
