The Toronto

"T o r o n t o It’s feeling more and more wintry here every day in New Hampshire, and I’m finding myself drinking more and more rye cocktails. 🥃 The Toronto is a delicious classic (originally made with Canadian whiskey), and it’s also a great way to enjoy Fernet Branca. I know a lot of people really dislike Fernet Branca, but this cocktail might just change your mind! What are you drinking today? #cocktails #coctel #craftcocktails #mixology #drinks"

Recipe Intro From moodymixologist

Fernet is a favorite amongst bar staff, though is arguably a polarizing flavor. In The Toronto, Amy (@moodymixologist) balances the herbaceous bitterness that comes along with Fernet with the sweetness and complexity of rye whiskey, brightened with a twist of orange.
