Mozzarella Topped with Poached Egg

Ingredients:
3 slices fresh mozzarella, broken apart
1 egg
1 tsp white vinegar
salt, pepper and your favorite spices to taste
fresh herbs
Directions
Add hard torn mozzarella to a bowl. Meanwhile, heat 3 inches of water to a boil in a small saucier. Crack egg into a ramekin. Reduce water to a simmer and add vinegar, then create a whirlpool by stirring the water around with the a wooden spoon. Add the egg and cover. Let sit until egg is set, about 5 minutes. Remove egg with a slotted spoon and serve on the mozzarella with salt, pepper, seasoning of choice and fresh herbs.
