A delicious juice loaded with vegetables and sweetened with fruit.

Recipe - Serves 2

Ingredients

600g (2 1/2 cups) of carrots

1/2 a cucumber

3 sticks of celery

1 small avocado

100ml (1/2 cup) of almond milk

60g of kale

30g of spinach

1 lime

2 apples

8 mint leaves

4 ice cubes

 

Method

Juice the carrot, cucumber, celery and apples.

Remove the stone and peel the avocado.

In a high speed blender like a Vitamix or Nutribullet, place the avocado, almond milk, kale, spinach, juice from the lime, mint, ice cubes and juice from the carrot, cucumber, celery and apples.

Blitz together until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
