ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 1 ½ cups chopped celery
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 ½ cups diced green beans
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 2 packages cooked ramen noodles (discard the flavor pack)
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 4-14 ounce jars Epic Homestyle Savory Chicken Bone Broth
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Juice from ½ lime
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- Diced green onion
Method
Step 1
In a large pot, heat olive oil and sauté carrots, celery, onion and green beans for about 5-7 minutes until softened.
Step 2
Add chicken, ramen noodles, garlic, ginger, bone broth and pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Add lime juice and soy sauce. Top with chopped green onion.
