  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups chopped carrots
  • 1 ½ cups chopped celery
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 ½ cups diced green beans
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 2 packages cooked ramen noodles (discard the flavor pack)
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 4-14 ounce jars Epic Homestyle Savory Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Juice from ½ lime
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • Diced green onion

Method

  • Step 1

    In a large pot, heat olive oil and sauté carrots, celery, onion and green beans for about 5-7 minutes until softened.

  • Step 2

    Add chicken, ramen noodles, garlic, ginger, bone broth and pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Add lime juice and soy sauce. Top with chopped green onion.
