Tuna Salad with Cucumbers and Avocado

ingredients

  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 3 radishes, diced
  • handfuls cilantro, chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 small lemon, juiced
  • A pinch of salt
  • Everything but the bagel spice, to top off

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix tuna with avocado in a bowl. The mashed-up avocado will act as a dressing, so make sure tuna is coated well. Season with salt, everything but the bagel spice and sprinkle with cilantro.

  • Step 2

    Add cucumber, radishes, and juice of a lemon and mix.

  • Step 3

    Season with salt, everything but the bagel spice and sprinkle with cilantro.

  • Step 4

    Serve with a sliced boiled egg, over bread or tortilla. To keep it gluten-free and/or paleo, serve on a lettuce or collard greens wrapped.
