INGREDIENTS
1 bunch of radishes
Olive oil
Salt, to taste 
Black pepper, freshly cracked
Zest of 1 lemon
Parsley, finely chopped



DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 450F.

Trim the tops and stem ends off of the radishes. Slice them in half. Toss with about 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Arrange radishes cut-side down on a sheet pan. Place in oven and roast for about 10 to 12 minutes. 

Sprinkle roasted radishes with lemon zest and parsley.
