"A weekend quarantine baking must💯. DOUBLE CHOCOLATE VEGAN STRAWBERRY BROWNIES. They are grain-free, flourless, refined sugar-free, and dairy-free. And they are freezer friendly if you don’t plan on eating the whole batch at once. Happy Saturday friends. _ Double chocolate vegan Strawberry brownies Makes 9 large brownies 2 flax eggs ( 2 tbsp flax + 6 tbsp water let sit for 15 minutes) 1 cup @artisanaorganics tahini 1/2 cup maple syrup 1/3 cup @philosophielove cacao magic (sub cocoa or cacao) Pinch of Salt 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup chocolate chips Optional: 2 Tbsp @primalpalate cinnamon sugar cookie seasoning 1/2 cup fresh strawberries Instructions 1. Prepare your flax eggs in a small bowl and let sit for 10 minutes or until it is gel like consistency 3. Mix everything in a medium size bowl 4. Fold in chocolate chips 5. Add batter to a lined 8x8 baking dish 6. Top with fresh strawberry slices 7. Bake 350 for 28-30 minutes (I did 30 in my convection oven) 8. Let cool completely 9. Drizzle with melted chocolate 10.
