"As they poach, the pears soak up the tanginess & ruby red colour of the hibiscus flowers, the warm flavours of the spices & honey & soften up just enough to be eaten with a spoon. I love serving them with plain yoghurt or milky rice pudding ???? (i won't say no to ice cream either)"
