The taco Tuesday bandwagon was driving by my house, so I chopped up what was left of last night's pork shoulder, whipped up some pico de gallo, quickly sautéed some sliced shallots, chopped some cilantro, grabbed some limes, and happily hopped on board! -@martine.boyer
