Shortbread cookie crust and white chocolate make for a perfect holiday treat in this sprinkle studded peanut butter pretzel bark.

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey

Peanut Butter White Chocolate


  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup pretzels, crushed into pieces
  • 1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles


  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a bread loaf pan with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the shortbread cookie and mix until a cookie dough type texture forms. Press into the bread loaf and bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown on the top. Let cool.

  • Step 3

    While the shortbread cookie is baking, melt together the white chocolate, peanut butter and coconut oil together. Stir until well mixed.

  • Step 4

    Pour chocolate mixture over the cooled shortbread cookie. Top with crushed pretzels and sprinkles. Freeze until it hardened. Enjoy!
