  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1/ 2 cup coconut water

Method

  • Step 1

    Place frozen raspberries and coconut water in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses.

Peanut Butter Smoothie

  • 2 frozen, bananas
  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 pitted medjool dates

  • Step 1

    Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour on top of the raspberry layer and swirl around. Enjoy!
