- 1 papaya
- 1/ 4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1/ 4 cup coconut yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped chocolate to decorate
Make chia pudding by mixing chia seeds with 1 cup of plant-based milk. Whisk a few times until combined and set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Peel the papaya, discard the seeds and cut in chunks. Process in a blender until smooth. Set aside.
Clean the blender and add frozen banana, cacao powder and a splash of milk to get the blender going. Blend until smooth.
Assemble the jars by layering the papaya, chia pudding, chocolate nice cream and coconut yogurt. Sprinkle chopped chocolate on top and enjoy!
