"It’s been a while since I’ve posted one of my favourite breakfasts and this sure is one of my favourites. Dragon fruit chia with coconut yogurt, almond butter and warmed berries.

Chia seeds are one of the most amazing foods that you can add into your diet. Not only are they packed with fibre, but they’re rich in antioxidants, protein and healthy fats 👌

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup chia seeds @thechiaco
3/4 cup almond milk @goodbetterbruce
1/4 cup coconut kefir @coyo_organic
1/2 tsp dragonfruit powder @unicornsuperfoods
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Mix everything in a bowl, and set in the fridge for 30 min. I serve it with coconut yoghurt @coyo_organic , warmed berries @oob_organic and almond butter @mayversfood . Enjoy!

ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 3/4 cups plant based milk
- 1/4 cup coconut kefir
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon dragon fruit powder
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1/2 cup berries
Method
Step 1
Mix chia, milk, kefir and dragon fruit powder in a bowl (add a bit of maple syrup if you like it sweeter) and set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Serve with coconut yogurt, almond butter and berries. Enjoy!
