Crust
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 pinch salt

Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 175C or 350F. Grease a 9-inch tart pan and set aside.
Step 2
For the crust add oats and almond meal into a food processor. Pulse until combined and add maple syrup and coconut oil. Process into a moist mixture. Firmly press dough into the tart. Bake for about 12 minutes.
Filling and toppings

- 1 can coconut milk
- 6 ounces dark chocolate
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter

Step 1
For the chocolate mousse, heat coconut milk and maple syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir. Turn heat to low and add the chocolate and almond butter. Stir until chocolate has completely melted. Pour chocolate ganache into your crust. ⠀
Step 2
Refrigerate for about 3 hours until it has set. Sprinkle with raw cacao and chopped dried strawberries
