ingredients
- 1 beetroot
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup hulled tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 pinch salt
Method
Step 1
Chop beetroot into small chunks and add to a food processor with the rest of the ingredients. Blitz until creamy but a little bit chunky. I like to add some of the reserved water from the chickpeas to thin it down until it reaches a nice consistency. Top with some extra virgin olive oil and desired toppings before serving. Enjoy! .
