ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut, toasted
- 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
- 1 cup almond milk, or coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Fresh fruit, of choice
Method
Step 1
Pour all ingredients into a jar or bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Seal tightly with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
