ingredients
- 2 1/2 frozen, peeled and sliced bananas
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon maca powder
- 3 dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 Handful hazelnuts, chopped, for garnish
- 1/2 banana, sliced, for garnish
- Almond butter, for garnish
- Coconut chips, for garnish
- Chocolate, for garnish
Method
Step 1
Put all ingredients into a blender. Process on medium-high speed until smooth. Add more milk if it isn’t creamy enough.
Step 2
Pour into a bowl. Top the smoothie with hazelnuts, banana and other desired ingredients.
