Creamy Vanilla Maca Smoothie Bowl

  • 2 1/2 frozen, peeled and sliced bananas
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder
  • 3 dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 Handful hazelnuts, chopped, for garnish
  • 1/2 banana, sliced, for garnish
  • Almond butter, for garnish
  • Coconut chips, for garnish
  • Chocolate, for garnish


  • Step 1

    Put all ingredients into a blender. Process on medium-high speed until smooth. Add more milk if it isn’t creamy enough.

  • Step 2

    Pour into a bowl. Top the smoothie with hazelnuts, banana and other desired ingredients.
