ingredients
- 1 cubes Natural tofu
- 1/2 cup Soy milk
- 1/4 teaspoons black salt
- 1 tablespoons mustard
- 1 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons inactive yeast flakes
- Chive
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
Step 1
Drain off the tofu and crush into a bowl. Add the lemon juice and mix well.
Step 2
Add mustard, black salt and sugar to 1/2 cup of soy milk. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Pour into tofu. Add the yeast flakes and chives. Mix together. Season with salt and pepper
