Brown Butter Scallops With Kale And Grilled Corn
I finally made it over to @greenpointfish (which rules if you haven't been yet) and got a whole live scallop in the shell! I shucked it myself and seared it in brown butter then threw in some chiffonaded kale and roasted sweet corn from the local Greenmarket. Absolutely killer. Plus I ate it straight out of the small skillet. Truly a one-pot meal.
