Blackberry Ice Cream
230 g fresh blackberries <br> 150 g sugar<br> 100 ml heavy cream<br> 100 ml skimmed milk<br> 1 tsp lemon juice<br> 1 tsp raw liquorice powder <br> <br> Combine blackberries, sugar, heavy cream and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker, and follow the directions on your machine. <br> Serve the blackberry ice cream with liquorice powder!
