Grass Fed Lamb Burger Platter

Add her lamb burgers, buns, cheese and all your favorite toppings onto a board for your friends and family to make their ideal burger. Have some Annie's Organic Thousand Island Dressing on hand for extra zest and flavor.

Serves or Makes: 12 small burgers or 8 larger patties

Recipe Card

For the Burgers


  • 2 pounds grass fed ground lamb
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 egg


  • Step 1

    Mix all ingredients to incorporate, then shape into patties and cook in a cast iron skillet until medium (145°F internal temperature).

For the Burger Board


  • 2 cups potato chips,
  • 1/2 cup Annie's Organic Thousand Island Dressing
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles
  • 12 brioche burger buns
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese
  • 6 slices Colby Jack cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 head butter lettuce,
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced

  • Step 1

    Assemble all ingredients on a board and serve with lamb burgers.
