ingredients
- 1 pound potatoes
- 3 ears corn
- 1 raw onion
- 2 links sausage
- 1/2 raw, tail off shrimp
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 tablepoons old bay
- 3 cloves minced garlic
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees, and lightly oil a baking sheet.
Step 2
In a large pot of boiling water, cook potatoes for 10-12 minutes until tender. Stir in the corn for the last 5 minutes of cooking the potatoes. Then drain the potatoes and corn from the water.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, old bay, and minced garlic.
Step 4
Place the onions, potatoes, corn, sausage, and shrimp on the baking sheet. Pour the old bay butter all over the baking sheet, then toss everything till combined.
Step 5
Bake the sheet pan for 12-15 minutes, until shrimp is opaque and corn is tender.
Step 6
Top with a bit of parsley, and extra old bay. Serve right away while hot!
