INGREDIENTSChocolate Crust: 1/2 cup butter 2 squares unsweetened chocolate 1 cup sugar 3/4 cup flour 2 eggs Frosting: 1 cup powder sugar 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter 1-1/2 tsp vanilla 2-4 Tbsp milk Topping: I bag m&ms 1/2 cup flaked coconut, toasted 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted DIRECTIONS Preheat the oven to 350F. Cover a pizza pan with foil or parchment paper.For the cookies, melt the butter, chocolate and sugar in saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Add eggs and whisk until smooth. Spread on the prepared pizza pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool completely. For the frosting, beat together all frosting ingredients. Add milk as necessary for a spreadable consistency. Spread over baked crust. Sprinkle on toppings. Chill in refrigerator 30-40 minutes.
