Ingredients:1 cup flour1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1 egg1/3 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup milk 1/4 Greek yogurt 2 Tbl melted butter 1 tsp vanilla Glaze:3 c powdered sugar. Enough milk to make a thick consistency. Carefully dip donut and add toppings.
Toppings:Pistachios, macadamia nuts, shaved coconut, chia seeds, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds, fruit.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees And spray 3 donut pans with pan spray. In a mixing bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, soda, and nutmeg, In another bowl mix together the egg, sugar, milk, yogurt, melted butter and vanilla. Pour wet ingredient into dry ingredients and mix until combined, then put batter into a pastry bag or ziplock, snip off end, pipe into prepared donut pans. Bake 12-14 minutes.Then dip donuts into glaze and desired toppings ( the secret to these is to NOT over bake them) makes 18 donuts!! Enjoy!!
