Tangy Almond and Mango Snack Mix

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried mangos, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Tajin seasoning


  • Step 1

    Toss together almonds, seeds, and dried fruits in a medium bowl.

  • Step 2

    Drizzle with lime juice (you can also use fresh lemon juice)

  • Step 3

    Toss with Tajin seasoning and then spread mix out on a baking sheet.

    Let the mix dry for a few minutes on a baking sheet

    Once dried, store the snack mix in the pantry in an air-tight container for up to two weeks.
