Pour into your glasses, top with a little whipped coconut cream and dust with cinnamon. Serve immediately."

1/2 tsp cardamom

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tablespoon flax-seed meal

2 icecubes

Directions:

Add all of the ingredients to the blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Pour into your glasses, top with a little whipped coconut cream and dust with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
