RECIPE: Overnight oats layer: Mix 1/3 c regular oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds and 1 tsp flax seeds with 2/3 c milk/mylk of your choice. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Stirring once within the first hour. When serving, stir through 1 tbps yogurt for extra creaminess. Use a fruit-based one for some sweetness. (optional, for presentation) Layer in a jar: place half of the overnight oats on the bottom of an appropriately sized jar, layer with yogurt and sliced banana, berries or other fruits of your choice. Top with rest of the overnight oats, more yogurt and fruit (freeze-dried fruit works great too) and a sprinkle of your favorite granola.
