ingredients

  • 3/4 cups Walnut Butter
  • 1/4 cups Cacao Powder
  • 20 pitted Medjool Dates
  • 5 tablespoons Almond Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped Mixed Nuts
  • Handful of Chocolate Chips

Method

  • Step 1

    Add the dates & walnut butter to a food processor and blend on high speed.

  • Step 2

    Add the cacao & almond milk, blend until you have a smooth paste.

  • Step 3

    Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the mixed nuts, use your hands to combine it all.

  • Step 4

    Press into a square pan or dish & freeze overnight.

  • Step 5

    Optional step: top with dark chocolate chips before slicing.

  • Step 6

    Slice & Enjoy!
