Mezze Platter

To make a Mezze Platter similar to the one pictured, arrange the following ingredients on a large platter and enjoy:

hummus

cucumbers, sliced

cherry tomatoes

olives

artichoke hearts, quartered

fried halloumi sticks ( slice a block of halloumi and pan fry it in olive oil for about 2 minutes per side until golden brown)

lemon tahini sauce (Mix 2 tbsp tahini with 1 tbsp of water and 1 tbsp lemon juice)
