ingredients

  • 250 grams Honey Mama's Ginger Cardamom
  • 150 grams Whipping Cream
  • 50 grams Unsalted Butter

Method

  • Step 1

    Prepare 250g GingerCardamom Honey Mama's chocolate. Chop up the chocolate into small pieces and put it in a bowl.

  • Step 2

    Pour in 150g of whipping cream into a pot and add 50g unsalted butter

  • Step 3

    urn the stove to low heat and slowly cook the whipping cream and unsalted butter mix. Whisk frequently as it may easily get burnt.

  • Step 4

    When the butter is fully melted, wait for the mixture to start to bubble up.

  • Step 5

    Pour the hot whipping cream mix to the chocolate bowl. Then whisk until the chocolate melt.

  • Step 6

    Pour the chocolate mix to the mold and refrigerate for 3-5 hrs.

  • Step 7

    Cut the chocolate one's fully set.
