Quinoa Vegetable Collard Wraps

Looking for a fun way to get some more greens! Try these collard wraps by @LivingWellWithNic; loaded with quinoa and veggies. Dip them in some Annie's Organic Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette or toss the veggies with the dressing for even more flavor.

  • Step 1

    Trim the stem and spine of the collard leaf – don’t cut it completely off, but just cut it down so that it’s nice and thin and pliable.

  • Step 2

    Arrange quinoa and vegetables on the collard leaf. Fold the ends in and roll from front to back, trying to keep fillings compact.

  • Step 3

    Serve collard wraps with Annie’s Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette.
