Swiss Chard Lettuce Wraps

"A fun idea for lunch or dinner, I love Swiss chard for its flavor, non-flimsy texture to hold a wrap well, and nutrients (one of the higher-protein leafy greens). I upcycled my leftover tricolor quinoa, jerk chicken breast my spicy garlicky tahini, winter radishes, and some Harissa to make this protein-filled wrap. This is inspired by my Korean background of eating lots of "ssam.""
