Blueberry Lavender Tonic

This Blueberry Lavendar Tonic made by LivingMinnaly is one magical little summer drink! She muddles Cascadian Farm Organic Frozen Blueberries with herbs and dried lavender and tops it off with fizzy seltzer for a refreshing summer celebration!

Recipe Card


  • 1 cup Cascadian Farm Organic Frozen Blueberries, thawed
  • Juice from 2 large lemons
  • 1 tablespoon dried culinary Lavender
  • Handful of Mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup to sweeten (optional)
  • 2 cups plain Sparkling Seltzer
  • Ice cubes
  • handful of Sage leaves to add extra herby flavor (optional)


  • Step 1

    In a small bowl, combine Cascadian Farm Organic Frozen Blueberries, lemon juice, lavender (reserve a bit for garnish), mint leaves, and sweetener (if using). Using a muddler or back of a fork, muddle berries until blueberries are moderately smushed.

  • Step 2

    Divide the blueberry mixture between two glasses. Add ice cubes to glass (and sage leaves, if using), and pour sparkling seltzer on top. Garnish with additional lavender and herbs, and serve! Cheers!
