Peach Sorbet
(61)

Is there anything better than biting into a juicy peach? That’s exactly what this fresh peach sorbet tastes like. Super-ripe peaches are pureed with some sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, and my secret weapon for peach desserts: lime juice. Pour the mixture into an ice cream machine and watch it transform from liquid to straight-up velvet. Note: if your peaches are not super sweet, you can increase the amount of sugar to 1 cup, but at this time of year you likely won't have to!
