- 1 cup banana (about 1 ½ bananas), peeled, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup zucchini (about 1 small zucchini), diced and frozen
- 4 frozen blackberries
- 1/3 cup cold brew coffee (diluted if using concentrate)
- 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 heaping tablespoons tahini (or chocolate-flavored tahini)
- 2-3 whole medjool dates, pitted and torn
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sliced banana, for serving

Method
Step 1
Add frozen banana, frozen zucchini, frozen blackberries, cold brew coffee, non-dairy milk, oats, cocoa powder, tahini, dates, and vanilla extract to the blender and blend on high speed until smooth, thick, and creamy.
Step 2
Spoon mixture into a chilled bowl and top small circles of tahini. Drag a toothpick or the tip of a knife through the tahini to create heart shapes. Top bowl with sliced banana (or fun cut-out shapes of banana!), sesame seeds, and cocoa nibs and serve immediately.
