Crostini Spritz Toppers Two Ways

(4)

Recipe Intro From lisathompson

For a fresh summer snacking and sipping situation: look no further! These crostini spritz toppers were inspired by Spanish tapas- a little snack that sat perfectly over your glass to keep flies out and take the edge off the alcohol. We chose two flavor combinations here, one calling on the flavors of a caprese salad with a perfectly salty hit Fiorucci Hard Salami and Mozzarella Panino and one leaning into the fiery flavors of summer with roasted peppers, hot Calabrian chiles, and spicy Fiorucci Abruzzese Charcuterie Slices over creamy ricotta. Set out a tray of citrusy, bubbly spritz cocktails and set a crostini on top. It's the perfect snack for mingling with company and celebrating the season.
