This whimsical holiday charcuterie board uses fresh herbs and ingenious technique to create salami and pepperoni "roses" that comes together as a beautiful wreath! Load up with piles of fresh Driscoll's berries, cut-out cheeses, and plenty of crackers.

ingredients

  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Fresh bay leaves
  • Thinly sliced salami
  • Thinly sliced pepperoni
  • Sliced Colby Jack cheese,
  • Driscoll's raspberries
  • Driscoll's blackberries
  • Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • Assorted crackers
  • Roasted nuts
  • Parmesan cheese crisps

Method

  • Step 1

    Arrange rosemary sprigs and bay leaves around the perimeter of a round board or platter.

  • Step 2

    Place overlapping slices of salami halfway over the lip of a wine glass and fold over to create a half-moon. Layer until center is filled in, then invert glass onto board to reveal "rose." Repeat with remaining salami and pepperoni.

  • Step 3

    Cut out slices of Colby Jack cheese with festive cookie cutters and place on board.

  • Step 4

    Add piles of Driscoll's raspberries and blackberries for a pop of color and sweetness.

  • Step 5

    Fill in spaces with cheese, assorted crackers, Parmesan cheese crisps, and roasted nuts. Add more rosemary sprigs and bay leaves as necessary to fill in gaps.
