  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Fresh bay leaves
  • Thinly sliced salami
  • Thinly sliced pepperoni
  • Sliced Colby Jack cheese,
  • Driscoll's raspberries
  • Driscoll's blackberries
  • Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • Assorted crackers

  • Step 1

Arrange rosemary sprigs and bay leaves around the perimeter of a round board or platter.

  • Step 2

Place overlapping slices of salami halfway over the lip of a wine glass and fold over to create a half-moon. Layer until center is filled in, then invert glass onto board to reveal "rose." Repeat with remaining salami and pepperoni.

  • Step 3

Cut out slices of Colby Jack cheese with festive cookie cutters and place on board.

  • Step 4

Add piles of Driscoll's raspberries and blackberries for a pop of color and sweetness.

  • Step 5
