"Party time!!! Inspired (again) from the lovely Laura at @cookathomemom. Her vegan, whole30 cheesecake dessert recipe looked so good I had to give it a try. It turned out great and I topped it with whipped coconut cream and fresh organic berries! So fun & easy to make! Loved seeing my kids surprised eyes! Better than real cheesecake? Not quite - but a solid, good, healthy version!"
