Browned Butter, Vanilla-cardamom Dutch Baby With Glazed Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients
4 tbs unsalted butter
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
3 large eggs
1/2 C @testkitchen GF flour mix
1/2 Tsp salt
2/3 C coconut milk
1 Tbs vanilla extract
Method
Mix all together until blended and smooth.
Preheat oven to 450 with cast iron pan and butter. I love my @lodgecastiron pan! When hot and butter is browned and bubbly, pour mixture in and put back in oven for 20-25 minutes - until puffed and crisp on top!
Next, slice up two organic apples and put in pan with butter on medium-high heat. Sprinkle with 1 Tbs ground cinnamon and cook til apples soften. Add 1/4 c water and cook down more. Apples with get soft and the juices will develop a nice caramel sauce.
Take Dutch baby out of oven, quickly top with caramelized cinnamon apples and serve! Yum!
